When should I use my CPAP machine?
You should use you CPAP machine and devices as advised and prescribed by your doctor. The usual recommendation for the use of a CPAP machine is nightly and it should be used during the entire duration of your sleep.
Most people who are first time users of CPAP machine find it difficult and uncomfortable at first. You can initially wear it a few hours every night until you are comfortable enough to wear it all night long. Most people get used to a CPAP machine two week’s time.
